RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Bubbarino, I want you to love your purchase. Each item is handmade with care, and I take great pride in the quality of every product that leaves my studio. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here and happy to help. Please reach out by sending me an email.

RETURNS PROCESS & INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to return an item, please contact us first to receive the correct postal address. All returns must be sent with trackable postage and insurance for the full value of the item to protect against loss or damage.

Please provide Bubbarino with the tracking number, as we won’t be able to confirm receipt of your return without it.

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of your order being delivered. Please note that postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 
Except in cases where the item is faulty or an error was made by Bubbarino. Then a refund of return postage costs will be provided only where the customer supplies a valid tax invoice for the postage charge. The tax invoice must include the matching tracking number associated with the returned items. Reimbursement will be limited to the cost of standard Australia post trackable postage services; express or premium options are excluded.

If a return is approved, instructions for sending the item back will be provided. Returned items must be in their original, unwashed, unused condition and include all original packaging. Items must not show any signs of use, including stains, odors, or pet hair.

CHANGE OF MIND

When ordering a custom made to order pram liner or accessory, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to double-check your order details (including pram model, fabric choice, and any custom options) before completing your purchase. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

I take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
Please reach out and contact me with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo. I’ll review your request promptly and make sure it’s resolved as smoothly as possible.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

Custom-made and personalised items are made especially for you and can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are managed by the postal carrier. While I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processes, I’ll always do my best to assist and provide support if any issues arise.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases made using a gift card are final and non refundable.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be processed only through the original payment method used at checkout for the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I happily ship orders worldwide! 

I do my best to accurately calculate current international postage costs at the time of your order. Please note that all customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, and any additional postage or delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that sometimes postal and courier rates can change at short notice, and any additional costs incurred will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that international delivery times and services can be affected by factors beyond my control, including world events, customs processing, and postal disruptions. While I cannot be held responsible for such delays or interruptions, I’ll always do my best to assist and provide support where possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage costs required to resend the order.

GUARANTEED TO FIT POLICY

Custom-made pram liners are created to order and designed to provide generous coverage for your specific pram or stroller model. Each pram model is carefully measured. I then create my pram liner to fit the model of pram focusing on including the curves. While every effort is made to achieve an excellent fit, complete or perfect coverage cannot be guaranteed. I take great care in the design process and am proud to have over a thousand happy customers using my custom-made pram liners.

If your liner does not fit your pram as expected, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to work with you to arrange an exchange, replacement, or adjustment to help ensure the best possible fit.

Please ensure you have selected the correct pram or stroller model when placing your order. Bubbarino cannot take responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout, and in such cases, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered. If you’re unsure before ordering, please reach out with your questions. I’m always happy to help!

UNIVERSAL PRAM FIT POLICY

Bubbarino universal pram liners are thoughtfully designed to provide generous coverage and a comfortable fit for most prams. As a universal design, the liner offers a great overall fit; however, it may not cover every section of the pram seat entirely.

The five-point harness straps can be threaded through the sewn-in openings. Please note that while the liner is made to accommodate a wide range of pram models, the harness openings may not align perfectly with every design. Our fit guarantee ensures that the harness straps can be threaded through the liner, but does not guarantee perfect alignment or full seat coverage. 

PRAM HARNESS INFORMATION

A 3-point harness means that the shoulder straps and waist straps are connected and do not unclip from each other.
A 5-point harness means your pram’s harness unclips into five separate straps.

If your pram has a 3-point harness, this information is very important. Please note that our universal pram liner will not fit your pram. Please double-check your pram’s harness type before ordering, as no refunds or exchanges can be provided if this mistake is made by the customer.

FABRIC PATTERN PLACEMENT

Each pram liner is crafted from a continuous piece of fabric, and as a result, the placement of the fabric pattern may vary slightly from one liner to another. These small variations make each item unique and are part of the handmade charm.
